“I first visited Dr Tanqueray at the Mulberry Clinic in July 2018.
“I had been looking for a clinic that could offer scar revision treatment on a scar I received from a dog bite. I had already undergone plastic surgery but was still unhappy with the appearance of it.
“I had done a lot of research, & visited a couple of aesthetic specialists, even one in Harley street.
“I decided that I didn’t need to travel to London, as I could have the same treatments carried out locally at The Mulberry Clinic in Hardingstone.

“I researched all of the treatments I received from Dr Tanqueray.
“I underwent PRP (platelet rich plasma), Microneedling with a dermapen, Tixel thermal treatment and IPL laser.
“Each of the treatments offered something unique, flattening my scar & encouraging new healing.
“The treatment I received the most of was the IPL laser. It had far less down time than the others and minimal pain during the treatments. Microscopic lasers create a new wound that triggers your own body’s natural reaction to heal it. Therefore it stimulated a secondary healing on my original scar.
“I feel that my scar is far less visible now to others at a conversational distance. I no longer get that awkward downward glance from people that made me feel uncomfortable.
