Using thermo-mechanical energy rather than laser or radiofrequency, Tixel® delivers controlled heat to the skin in precise, fractional micro-contacts, led by Jenna Johnston. • The goal: to “reset” dull skin and maximise the efficacy of clinical skincare.
• Downtime: virtually none — slight redness for a few hours, making it suitable for event prep.
• The feeling: a quick, warm tingle.

A non-ablative treatment that stimulates deeper collagen production and remodels the skin from within, without breaking the skin's surface. Addresses fine lines, skin texture, early laxity and overall skin resilience, with results building progressively over a course of treatments.

• The goal: structural rejuvenation and long-term anti-ageing.
• Downtime: minimal — a “sunburned” sensation and slight swelling for 24–48 hours.
• The feeling: intensive warmth, easily managed with topical numbing if required.

The most intensive level — an ablative approach that creates microchannels in the skin's surface to trigger a deeper healing and renewal response, comparable to fractional CO₂ laser or a deep chemical peel. Suited to patients with more established concerns who are prepared to accommodate a recovery period.

• The goal: dramatic texture correction and scar revision.
• Downtime: 3–7 days, with some micro-crusting as the skin heals.
• The feeling: more intensive, managed with clinical-grade numbing protocols.
