Since starting our clinic over 10 years ago we are happy to say that we have not received a single complaint.
However, should you for any reason have reason to complain we have a process for doing so.
Any complaint received will be discussed fully internally so that changes to our working practice can be implemented if necessary.
It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Mulberry House Clinic & Laser Centre will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them regarding the care of a treated area.
