Reopening Confirmed from 12th April

Open sign

It was welcome news yesterday that we now officially have the green light to reopen our skin treatments clinic from next week.

We are fully reopening for all treatments from 12th April, which is the date when personal care and non-essential retail companies are allowed to open.

We are gearing up for a very busy few weeks ahead. Many of our clients have been in touch to book already as they are keen to have skin treatments. For regular clients, the next treatment is probably long overdue after lockdown forced closure from Christmas to Easter.

Although we anticipate high demand for a while, we’ll be doing everything we can to accommodate anyone who wants a treatment with Dr John Tanqueray or Liz Tanqueray.

How To Book

To book an appointment, please contact our friendly team either using the contact form on this website, or by telephone: 01604 702630 or email: info@mulberryhouseclinic.co.uk.

If calling, please note that our phone lines are closing slightly earlier during lockdown:

  • Mon–Fri 9am-6pm (normally 8.30am until 7pm)
  • Sat 9-4pm

Covid Safety Information

During lockdown, there have been further developments to enhance covid safety for those visiting the clinic.

  • The clinic has added an extra level of safety by investing in 2 top-grade air-cleaning machines that will eradicate 99.9% of viruses and bacteria from the air in our clinic rooms
  • Dr John Tanquery and Liz Tanqueray had their first vaccinations in February, so the risk to others should be greatly reduced
  • Both John and Liz will be taking twice weekly Lateral Flow tests as an added precaution

In addition, the clinic is maintaining high levels of cleanliness at the clinic with a series of measures designed to provide distancing and safety:

  • One person within the clinic at a time
  • Longer appointment times are now in place
  • Ventilation of treatment room before and after appointments
  • Disinfection of relevant surfaces and items before and after appointments
  • Daily deep clean of the treatment room
  • Staff equipped with PPE protective clothing
  • Hand sanitiser provided on arrival and departure
  • Face coverings required
  • Temperature checks with a no-contact thermometer
  • Social distancing to maintain a 2m distance from anyone (except where this is unavoidable in the course of your treatment)
  • Contactless payment

Coronavirus vaccine and dermal fillers

Please take note – if booking an appointment for dermal fillers, it is currently recommended that you avoid filler treatment 2 weeks before and 3 weeks after having a Covid vaccine.

There is no need for this restriction with other treatments such as BOTOX® or IPL laser.
