At Mulberry House, a personalised skincare regime is often the first thing we recommend, whether a patient comes to us with a specific concern or simply wants to take better care of their skin.

We work with two professional skincare ranges: ZO Skin Health and CellDerma. Both are stocked in our clinic and available through our online shop. We ask that new patients speak with a member of our team before purchasing so we can advise on the most appropriate regime — but for existing patients who know their products, the shop is there for straightforward reordering.

ZO Skin Health was created by Dr Zein Obagi, a dermatologist who has been at the forefront of skin science since the 1980s. Dr Tanqueray has spent time with Dr Obagi at his clinic in Los Angeles and was subsequently invited to become a ZO trainer in the UK. We have offered ZO products at Mulberry House since 2004 — longer than almost any clinic in the region.

ZO's founding principle is to treat skin so that it becomes genuinely active and healthy — naturally moisturised from within, capable of renewing itself properly, and resilient to the factors that cause premature ageing and skin disorders. This is a different philosophy from most skincare, which focuses on masking or temporarily improving appearance. ZO works at a cellular level to address the underlying condition of the skin.

One of Dr Obagi's most important contributions to modern aesthetics is the concept of Getting Skin Ready — the idea that skin must be properly prepared before any in-clinic treatment. Skin that is primed, healthy and functioning well responds better to treatment, heals faster, and holds results for longer. For many patients, starting a ZO regime before a course of injectables or advanced skin treatments makes a meaningful difference to the final result.

For patients new to ZO, the Daily Skincare Program is the ideal starting point — built around the three core steps of cleanse, exfoliate and tone. From there, the range extends to address specific concerns including acne, rosacea, pigmentation, sun damage and anti-ageing.

CellDerma is an advanced skincare line built on the latest scientific research, formulated to address a wide range of skin concerns — from fine lines and texture to hydration, pigmentation and skin resilience. We describe it as a potential treatment in a bottle. With just one or two well-chosen products, patients can see rapid, meaningful improvements in skin health.

The range is paraben-free, sulphate-free, fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly — making it a strong option for patients with sensitive skin or ethical preferences around formulation.

GF5 Growth Factor Serum is CellDerma's flagship product and one we use routinely at the clinic as a post-treatment recovery and skin-quality booster. It contains five bio-identical human growth factors that stimulate cellular renewal, reduce the visible signs of ageing, minimise pores, fortify the skin's protective barrier, and accelerate healing.
