Dr John Tanqueray founded Mulberry House Clinic in 2003. He trained in medicine at Cambridge University and spent years as a General Practitioner before leaving the NHS in 2015 to focus entirely on aesthetic medicine — a field he had been developing alongside his GP practice for over a decade.
His area of particular expertise is the assessment and treatment of the ageing face. The approach he has developed over more than 20 years is built on subtlety: restoring what has been lost rather than adding what was never there, and producing results that patients notice for how well they look rather than what has been done.
Dr Tanqueray is a trainer for Merz Pharmaceuticals and has trained plastic surgeons, doctors and nurses in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and prescription skincare on behalf of manufacturers including Allergan, Merz, IBSA and ZO Skin Health. He is one of the most experienced practitioners in the UK with Tixel and is involved in clinical education around its use. He oversees all clinical programmes and conducts annual skin health reviews for patients on the House Treatment Plan.

Jenna Johnston
Aesthetic Practitioner
Jenna has spent over two decades mastering the science of skin — a specialist whose eye for what a complexion needs comes from treating more laser and light-based cases than most practitioners see in a career.
Jenna is Mulberry House's lead practitioner for Tixel, Microneedling, IPL and laser-based treatments, with a particular passion for skin health and restoration: acne, scarring, rosacea and sun damage are where her clinical knowledge and hands-on experience come together most powerfully.
She believes great skin isn't an accident — it's the result of understanding exactly what's happening beneath the surface, and treating it with precision.

Hannah Moor

Hannah is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse whose calm, hands-on approach comes from more than a decade on the front line of NHS nursing — from major trauma and neurological rehabilitation to general practice.
Her path has taken her through plastics and outpatient care, maternity, and years spent managing long-term conditions in general practice, before she found her focus in aesthetic medicine.
Hannah specialises in skin boosters and polynucleotides, treatments she considers some of the most effective for restoring skin quality from within, alongside botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and microneedling.
She believes the best results are the ones nobody quite notices — just a face that looks well-rested, well cared for, and unmistakably like you.

Matthew Chandler
Practice Manager & Membership Liaison
Matthew makes sure Mulberry House runs as smoothly outside the treatment room as it does within it — spending a decade as a commercial lawyer in the City before bringing that same precision to the clinic he now helps lead.
His legal training taught him to think several steps ahead, a habit he now puts to work behind the scenes: overseeing the House Membership Plan and the day-to-day running of the practice, so every detail is handled with the same rigour as any City deal.
He sees his role as looking after you when you aren't in the clinic — the quiet, ongoing part of care that happens between appointments, so that when you do walk through the door, everything simply works.
