"When we're thinking about skincare and skin protection, one thing we should never ignore is use of a sunscreen. "We now know that sun is damaging to the skin, both in terms of causing ageing problems, pigmentation problems and even, later in life, causing skin cancers. "Not all sunscreens are the same and the reason that I really like the ZO sunscreens is that there's a flexible combination to choose from. They are not just sunscreens in their own right, but they have other ingredients which decrease the skin irritation and inflammation and also have other components that protect against sun damage."
