What Makes Tixel® Different?
Tixel® isn’t a laser, nor is it microneedling. It uses Thermo-Mechanical Action (TMA)—a patented titanium tip that delivers pure, controlled heat to the skin for a fraction of a second. The result? Stimulated collagen and renewed skin texture with significantly less downtime and discomfort than traditional CO2 lasers.
1. Tixel Glow: The Ultimate Skin Optimiser
Best for: Radiance, “glass skin” texture, and deep hydration.
Tixel Glow is our entry-level, “open-channel” treatment. Instead of removing skin tissue, it creates thousands of microscopic, temporary channels in the surface. This makes the skin incredibly porous, allowing us to infuse advanced topical mesotherapy—like antioxidants or hyaluronic acid—directly into the dermis.
- The Goal: To “reset” dull skin and maximize the efficacy of clinical skincare.
- Downtime: Virtually none. You may have slight redness for a few hours, making it perfect for event prep.

2. Tixel Pro: The Collagen Architect
Best for: Fine lines, skin tightening, and “crepey” texture.
Tixel Pro moves into non-ablative collagen remodeling. It delivers heat deeper into the skin to trigger a robust healing response without breaking the surface layer. This “tightens” the skin’s scaffolding, improving elasticity and resilience over time. It is particularly effective for the delicate eye area and the neck.

- Downtime: Minimal. Most patients experience a “sunburned” sensation and slight swelling for 24–48 hours.

3. Tixel Resurface: The Total Transformer
Best for: Deep wrinkles, acne scarring, and sun damage.
This is our most powerful, clinician-led tier. Tixel Resurface uses ablative settings to physically renew the skin’s surface. By creating precise micro-injuries, it forces the skin to replace old, damaged cells with fresh, healthy tissue. It is the gold standard for correcting texture irregularities and significant photoageing.
- The Goal: Dramatic texture correction and scar revision.
- Downtime: 3–7 days. Expect some micro-crusting (tiny brown dots) as the skin heals and reveals a smoother surface.
