Our New Home Opens 6th January
We are delighted to confirm that Mulberry House is moving to a beautiful new purpose-built clinic at Great Addington Manor, opening on Monday 6th January 2026.
After more than 20 years in our Hardingstone location, this move marks an important milestone for our clinic.
The new space has been thoughtfully designed to embody the calm, elegant and welcoming setting our patients appreciate, while also giving us room to grow and introduce more treatments in the coming year.

How to Find Us
Arriving via the A14 (Kettering, Thrapston, Huntingdon direction):
- Exit the A14 at Junction 11 (A510/A6116) or Junction 12, depending on your direction of travel.
- Follow signs towards Great Addington via Cranford Road.
- Enter Great Addington village and continue until you see a stone wall with two pillars.
- The entrance to Great Addington Manor is through the stone pillars into the Manor grounds.
Arriving from Northampton / Wellingborough (A45 & Rushden Lakes direction):
- Travel along the A45 towards Higham Ferrers / Irthlingborough.
- Follow signs to Raunds / Ringstead / Great Addington.
- Continue into Great Addington village and drive up towards the Church at the top of the village.
- At the Church, turn left.
- Follow the long stone wall of the Manor on your left.
- Enter through the stone pillars into the Manor grounds.
There is ample onsite parking, and the entrance will be clearly signposted.

Mulberry House Clinic is entering an exciting new chapter. With a move to a new location in Great Addington early in the New Year, the clinic is significantly expanding its holistic skin health offering. Central to this expansion is the appointment of Jenna Johnston, a highly experienced Aesthetic Therapist with nearly 20 years of expertise in the Northamptonshire area.
Jenna’s arrival allows the clinic to introduce a new menu of therapist-led services, bridging the gap between medical injectables and foundational skin maintenance.
Expanded Skin Health Services
Jenna brings specialised skills in several core areas that are now more widely available at the clinic:
- Advanced Chemical Peels: Specialist treatments using Glycolic, Salicylic, and Jessner peels to treat acne, scarring, and sun damage.
- Dermaplaning: A manual exfoliation technique for immediate smoothing and removal of “peach fuzz.”
- Microneedling: Stimulating the skin while also delivering deep hydration.
- Problem Skin Management: Jenna has a particular passion for treating “problem skin,” offering bespoke journeys for those struggling with chronic congestion or texture issues.
New Signature Skincare Packages
The newly launched Signature Skincare Packages, delivered by Jenna, are designed to provide comprehensive results by combining multiple technologies into a single, high-impact session.
