We are sorry to announce that our clinic will be closing again from Thursday 5th November due to the November lockdown. We plan to re-open on Wednesday 2nd December.
As an ethical doctor-led practice, we didn’t feel it would be right to continue during the lockdown period, which is designed to avoid any unnecessary travel or person-to-person contact.
Even though we will not be open for regular appointments, John will be available to answer any e-mails, so please feel free to get in touch if you have any queries or concerns that we could help with.
In the unlikely event of you having any treatment related-problem that you feel may be urgent, we will be able to see you.

We can continue to supply our market-leading ZO Skin Health skincare during this time, both for existing and new clients. Being at home could be a perfect opportunity to give your skin a real boost with an intensive regime
Skype Consultations
If you are interested we can do a Skype consultation and follow-up appointments and post out whatever you need. We can recommend ZO regimes for acne, rosacea, pigmentation and anti-ageing – when used correctly we see great results.
Pre-Christmas Skin Treatments
Government guidelines permitting, we are planning to reopen on Wednesday 2nd December and we are already taking bookings for the popular pre-Christmas treatments. Our phones and email will still be answered throughout lockdown, so please do get in touch if you’d like to book an appointment.
Extra Appointments Available
We will aim to provide plenty of appointments during December, so that if you wish to see us before Christmas we will do our utmost to fit you in. However, do please book early to avoid any disappointment.
Coronavirus COVID-Safe Arrangements
We implemented a series of measures back in July in order to minimise any risk while attending Mulberry House Clinic for treatments. These provide a very high margin of safety for our patients and staff.
