ZO Skin Health Radical Night Repair Results
In our latest newsletter, Dr John Tanqueray, MB BCh MRCGP DCH DRCOG DipOccMed BCAM shares his personal experience of using ZO Skin Health Radical Night Repair retinol during the coronavirus quarantine/lockdown.
Radical Night Repair is an advanced 1% retinol that targets both the superficial skin (epidermis) and the deeper skin (dermis), as well as delivering antioxidants and anti-inflammatories for ongoing skin protection. The retinol works in a number of ways:
- Promote increased turnover for a thicker firmer skin surface
- Reduce unwanted pigmentation
- Stimulate the deeper layers
- Boost collagen production
- Reducing sun damage
Dr Tanqueray said:
“Redness, flaking and irritation for the first 4-6 weeks is inevitable when your skin isn’t used to it. Understandably this can be a barrier for people who can’t manage the side-effects while living their normal daily lives. Being isolated at home for the last few weeks gave me the perfect opportunity to try using Radical Night Repair as a peel.”
He used 5-day programme:
- Cleanser morning and evening
- Daily Power Defense – 1 pump morning and evening
- Radical Night Repair – 8 pumps morning and evening (I could have used anything from 5 to 12 pumps – usual dose is just 2 pumps at night)
- Hydrating Cream to soothe when the skin was red and irritated

Dr Tanqueray says:
“My skin looks brighter and fresher and feels very smooth. Pores are reduced and even the lines on my cheeks and around my eyes are softer.”
