While this is a worrying time for many we want to reassure patients who wish to come and see us.
- Our working pattern already means that direct contacts within the clinic are kept to a minimum
- Appointments usually run to time, and there is rarely more than one person in our waiting area
- If you prefer to wait outside in your car until your appointment time there is space immediately in front of the building
- Surfaces such as door knobs/doorbell/handles etc are cleaned regularly throughout the day
- Hand sanitiser is freely available for your use
- Skincare products can be posted to you – simply email and Liz will contact you
- Unless the government imposes restrictions or we should become unwell we plan to continue our normal service and will welcome existing and new patients
- Of course if you have any symptoms or have had contact with someone who is unwell you should strictly follow the guidelines (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/) and we would ask that you defer your appointment for a minimum of two weeks.
Consultations via Skype
We can offer Skype consultations where appropriate, for example for follow-up, skincare assessment and advice, or first consultations.
If you would like to arrange this please ring and email us and we can book an appointment in the usual way – we will need your Skype ID and mobile number in case of a problem, and ask that you are ready to receive a call at your appointment time.
