Collagen stimulating treatments work differently from traditional dermal fillers. Rather than providing immediate volume, they signal the body to produce new collagen — the structural protein responsible for skin firmness, elasticity and thickness. The results emerge gradually, look entirely natural, and in many cases outlast conventional filler by a considerable margin.
Skin boosters are not fillers — they won't address significant volume loss, deep folds or facial structure, which are better served by dermal fillers or collagen stimulators. What they do particularly well is improve the quality, texture and radiance of the skin itself, and treat areas such as the under-eye, the neck and fine lines around the mouth, where other treatments can't easily reach.
Profhilo® — the Benchmark Treatment for Skin Quality

A uniquely high-concentration hyaluronic acid product that hydrates the skin deeply and triggers a bioremodelling effect in the surrounding tissue, stimulating collagen and elastin production as well as improving hydration. Delivered via just five injection points on each side of the face by Hannah Moor, typically two sessions a month apart with maintenance every six months.
Polynucleotides — Tissue Regeneration and Cellular Repair
Tissue-regenerating injectables derived from purified salmon DNA, working at a cellular level to support repair, improve skin quality and reduce fine lines — particularly effective for fragile, sun-damaged or reactive skin, and in delicate areas such as the under-eye. A more targeted choice than Profhilo® where the primary need is repair and regeneration rather than hydration.
Belotero® Revive, Exosomes & Mesotherapy
Belotero® Revive combines hyaluronic acid with glycerol for sustained hydration and improved skin texture — a natural choice for patients already familiar with Belotero® as a filler. Exosome therapy (Purasomes™) uses cell-signalling molecules to support skin renewal at a biological level, representing the emerging frontier of regenerative aesthetics. Mesotherapy delivers a bespoke cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, peptides and antioxidants into the mid-layer of the skin, used at Mulberry House with particular focus on the delicate skin around the eyes.
