Microneedling creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin using fine, medical-grade needles. These tiny punctures trigger a genuine wound-healing response — stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin in the treated area. The skin is prompted to repair and remodel itself, producing fresher, firmer, more even tissue over the weeks following treatment.
Results are not immediate — collagen remodelling peaks at around four to six weeks after each session — but they are real and cumulative, building progressively throughout a course of treatment.
