Using thermo-mechanical energy rather than laser or radiofrequency, Tixel® delivers controlled heat to the skin in precise, fractional micro-contacts. The result is genuine collagen production and cellular renewal at a structural level — but with less surrounding tissue damage, less discomfort, and a faster recovery than comparable laser treatments.
Tixel® is particularly effective for skin texture irregularities, fine lines and wrinkles, laxity and loss of firmness, acne scarring, pigmentation and sun damage, and enlarged pores. It can be used on the face, neck and décolletage.
It is especially well suited to the delicate skin around the eyes — an area where most other resurfacing technologies cannot safely treat. For patients with concerns around the eyes, whether fine lines, skin texture or early laxity, Tixel® offers options that simply are not available with other devices.

Tixel® Glow
Tixel® Glow uses the open-channel mode to make the skin temporarily porous, dramatically improving the penetration of topical actives applied during or after treatment. The result is a significant boost to radiance, hydration and overall skin quality — without any surface disruption.
- The Goal: To “reset” dull skin and maximize the efficacy of clinical skincare.
- Downtime: Virtually none. You may have slight redness for a few hours, making it perfect for event prep.
- The Feeling: A quick, warm tingle.
Tixel® Pro
Tixel® Pro is a non-ablative treatment that stimulates deeper collagen production and remodels the skin from within, without breaking the skin's surface. It addresses fine lines, skin texture, early laxity and overall skin resilience — and the results build progressively over a course of treatments.
- The Goal: Structural rejuvenation and long-term anti-ageing.
- Downtime: Minimal. Most patients experience a “sunburned” sensation and slight swelling for 24–48 hours.
- The Feeling: Intensive warmth, easily managed with topical numbing if required.
Tixel® Resurface
Tixel® Resurface is the most intensive level of treatment — an ablative approach that creates microchannels in the skin's surface to trigger a deeper healing and renewal response. The results are comparable to fractional CO₂ laser or a deep chemical peel, suited to patients with more established concerns who are prepared to accommodate a recovery period.
- The Goal: Dramatic texture correction and scar revision.
- Downtime: 3–7 days. Expect some micro-crusting (tiny brown dots) as the skin heals and reveals a smoother surface.
- The Feeling: More intensive; we ensure your comfort with clinical-grade numbing protocols.

Tixel® Glow
Who it's for: patients who want to maintain skin quality, prepare for an event, or experience Tixel® for the first time. Also ideal as a regular maintenance treatment or to enhance the results of professional skincare.
What to expect: a comfortable treatment with a noticeable glow effect immediately afterwards. No redness or recovery time. You can return to normal activities — including wearing makeup — straight away.
Treatment plan: a course of three treatments is recommended for best results, including CellDerma GF5 to enhance results and maintain skin quality between sessions.
Tixel® Pro
Who it's for: patients who want to address specific concerns — lines, texture, early laxity — with a treatment that fits around work and social commitments.
What to expect: mild redness immediately after treatment, typically resolving within 24 hours. Most patients can return to normal activities the same or next day. Makeup can be worn from the following day. Available for the face, eye area, neck or a combination.
Treatment plan: a course of three is the recommended starting point, including CellDerma GF5 to support skin recovery and enhance collagen remodelling between sessions.
Tixel® Resurface
Who it's for: patients with significant textural concerns, acne scarring, deeper lines, advanced photoageing, or pigmentation that has not responded to lighter treatments. This tier requires a full consultation to assess suitability.
What to expect: more noticeable skin response after treatment — redness, possible scabbing or crusting over several days, with the skin typically settling fully within one to two weeks. The recovery is real but finite, and the results are correspondingly more significant.
Treatment plan: fewer sessions are required at this level due to the depth of response. Your clinician will advise on the appropriate number of treatments and intervals at consultation. CellDerma GF5 is included to support the healing process and optimise results.

Which tier is right for you?
The right tier depends on what you want to address, how your skin is currently, and how much recovery fits your lifestyle. Some patients begin with Tixel® Glow and progress to Pro as they build familiarity with the treatment. Others come with a specific concern and go straight to Resurface after consultation.
