What This Treatment Involves
Profhilo isn't a filler — it doesn't add volume or change facial shape. It's an injectable skin treatment built from a highly concentrated, pure hyaluronic acid made by the Swiss company IBSA, with no additives or chemical cross-linkers. It spreads through surrounding tissue and is thought to stimulate your own fibroblasts to produce fresh collagen and elastin (bioremodelling) alongside deep hydration. We inject it using the BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) technique, five points on each side of the face, and it can also be used on the neck, décolleté and hands.
It suits a loss of glow, hydration or texture, early laxity, and dryness-driven fine lines — often a sensible starting point for people new to skin boosters. It isn't the right tool for deep lines, lost volume or structural change.
