Safe Skin Treatments in the 'New Normal'
We are working hard to make sure everything is ready for us to start offering skin treatments again and expect to announce an opening date soon As we come to re-open there will be some important changes to what we do, and also what we ask you to do as part of the so-called “new normal”. Please read the following carefully before you attend for your appointment.What We Need You To Do
Please bear in mind that for the foreseeable future any outing or contact with other people creates possible risk, and we all need to manage this as best we can while accepting that complete eradication of risk is not possible. If you have any of the following please don’t attend - ring us and defer your appointment:- Known coronavirus infection in the last 14 days
- Any reason to suspect that you are infected – symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose in the last 14 days, shortness of breath, sore throat
- Any contact with anyone who is infected
- If you are pregnant
- You have returned from travel abroad in the last 2 weeks
- You have any risk factors such as heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, raised blood pressure, immune suppression, current cancer treatment
- You are over 70
- You have vulnerable people in your household or family
- Laser
- IPL
- Tixel
- Facial peels
- Microdermabrasion
When You Come For Your Appointment
- Please wait in your car until we come to greet you or text to let you know that the clinic is ready for you.
- Please arrive unaccompanied
- Come without make-up and limit any personal possessions you bring to the bare minimum
- Use hand sanitiser provided when you arrive and as you leave
- A face covering will be made available
- We will check your temperature with a no-contact thermometer
- Maintain a 2m distance from anyone (except where this is unavoidable in the course of your treatment)
What We Will Be Doing
- We are taking all steps that are reasonably practicable to make you visit to us a safe one.
- We will only have one person within the clinic at a time
- Appointment times will be made longer
- The treatment room will be thoroughly ventilated before and after your appointment
- Relevant surfaces and items will be disinfected before and after your appointment
- A deep clean of the treatment room will take place at the end of each day
- We will be wearing appropriate protective clothing for your and our own protection
Payment
- Payment by card will be possible – contactless is preferred, but payment can also be made without you needing to touch the keypad.
- BACS payment will be also be possible
