Derma FNS Microneedling is now available at Mulberry House Clinic, offering a highly versatile, safe and effective treatment option which can help to regenerate and rejuvenate the skin, improving a host of conditions.  Derma FNS is a motorised pen device which quickly and systematically creates a series of tiny little injuries in a process known as fractional needling. The Derma FNS feature a series of sterile needles which work to pierce the surface of the skin, creating vertical channels. The damage to the skin's epidermis is minimal, but this intentional wounding of the skin is just enough to stimulate vital skin renewal processes including cell renewal, collagen regeneration and elastin development. The result of this is skin tightening and remodelling.

Derma FNS vs Dermaroller

Derma Fractional Needling System offers a number of advantages over the more traditional roller system:

• More effective and more efficient
• Greater density of channels leads to enhanced results
• Less trauma to the skin - less downtime and faster recovery
• More comfortable

Results are comparable to those more commonly associated with more aggressive treatments such as laser resurfacing or IPL. However, they are delivered with less downtime and shorter recovery as the skin is not damaged in the same way as with laser/IPL.  What's more, Derma FNS is a fraction of the cost.
