This spring, we are doing something we have wanted to do properly for some time: building a genuine clinical results library for Tixel® skin treatments at Mulberry House.
To do that well, we need a small cohort of patients willing to take part in a documented treatment journey. A before-and-after record of what Tixel® can genuinely achieve, captured with standardised clinical photography, reviewed at six weeks, and kept to a standard that reflects how seriously we take the treatments we offer.
In return for participation, treatment is offered at a reduced programme rate. Photography is anonymised — no full face, no identifying features — and will only ever be shared beyond the clinic with your explicit written consent.
Places are limited. There is no deadline, but when the cohort is full, it is full.
What the programme involves
Your first appointment includes a consultation to discuss your skin before treatment begins — taking you through your skin history, agreeing your treatment plan, and selecting any topicals to be used during the session to support your results.
Standardised clinical photographs are taken before your first treatment and again at six weeks — anonymised throughout. Your treatment or course then takes place at programme pricing. At the close of your programme, a six-week skin review assesses your skin's response and discusses next steps — whether that is a further course, ongoing maintenance, or a homecare recommendation.
Programme pricing
All treatments booked as part of the Results Programme are offered at the following rates:
Tixel® Glow — £300 per session / £850 for a course of 3
Tixel® Pro Eyes — £250 per session / £700 for a course of 3
Tixel® Neck — £250 per session
Tixel® Pro Face — £450 per session / £1,230 for a course of 3

About Tixel®
Tixel® uses patented thermo-mechanical technology to resurface and renew the skin — without the downtime associated with laser, and with results that compound over a course of treatment. It is effective for fine lines and skin texture, uneven tone, acne scarring, the eye and neck area, and general skin quality improvement. If you have not come across it before, our Tixel® treatment page has more detail on how it works and what to expect.
A limited number of places
If this sounds like the right moment to invest in your skin — and to do it with the benefit of proper before-and-after documentation — we would be glad to hear from you.
