Mulberry House Clinic has announced the launch of mesotherapy – a non-surgical treatment with potential for improving a host of skin conditions.
Mesotherapy is a technique which involves multiple tiny injections of a carefully chosen substance directly into the mid layer of the skin.
The key to its success is delivering ingredients straight to the skin’s mid layer, where creams cannot penetrate, so that the solutions can act within the skin.
The use of multiple tiny injections spreads the solution for a wider and more diffuse impact. However, the act of penetrating the skin’s surface with so many tiny ‘injuries’ also triggers the skin’s own healing responses. It boosts blood flow and triggers cell renewal, stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin for firmer, tighter, younger-looking skin.
Dr Tanqueray says:
“The thin skin around the eyes is notoriously difficult to treat in view of the sensitive anatomy here, but we now have some answers for this.
