Dermaroller or micro-needling is a treatment which also involves stimulating production of collagen and cell renewal for firmer, tighter skin. The procedure involves rollering the skin with a ‘prickly’ roller, which creates hundreds or thousands of tiny pin pricks. Treatment for body areas usually requires a heavier grade device, but treatment is made comfortable by use of a numbing cream.
