Complaints Procedure

Since starting our clinic over 10 years ago we are happy to say that we have not received a single complaint.

However, should you for any reason have reason to complain we have a process for doing so.

  • Any complaint should be addressed to Dr John Tanqueray or Mrs Elizabeth Tanqueray in the first instance. This can be verbally, by telephone or in writing.
  • Any written complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days, and a full response will be given within 20 working days.
  • As a part of the complaints process you will be invited to attend to discuss your complaint in more detail.

Any complaint received will be discussed fully internally so that changes to our working practice can be implemented if necessary.

Medical History

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Mulberry House Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

Aftercare

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them regarding the care of a treated area.

Please note that these prices are indicative, but a personalised quote can only be confirmed following consultation and discussion on the most appropriate treatment plan. The price quoted at consultation will therefore always take precedence over any price published on this website.

Appointments

We charge a £50 consultation fee for appointments with Dr John Tanqueray.  This fee is deducted from the cost of treatment taken in the following 3 months.
