How does this work?
Using radiofrequency to generate heat within the fatty layer helps to break down and disperse the fat and tighten the overlying skin. A series of 6 treatments is usual, and results are usually noticeable after 4 or so, with further improvement expected over the following couple of months.

Can any area be treated?
In theory any area can be treated as long as the size of the area is modest. Chin and neck areas, upper arms and abdomen are the areas we treat most commonly.

Are there any risks or side-effects?
The area feels quite warm and glowy after treatment and there may be some redness. Risks are very minimal. As heat is generated by the treatment there is a theoretical possibility of causing a blister or burn – however we have never seen such a problem, and as the strength of the treatment is guided by your feedback we do not foresee this as likely to occur in the future.
