- How have other patients fared at this clinic?
- Do you feel comfortable with the person providing treatment?
- Have you had an opportunity to discuss the whole range of different treatment options, or are you only being offered the treatments within this person's competence?
- Have any possible risks or problems associated with treatments been explained clearly and fully?
- In case of any questions or problems after treatment, will you be seen promptly?
- Is the clinic registered with the Care Quality Commission?
- Are you feeling pressured into having treatment?
